Annual Membership Requirements

Annual Membership: PHP 50,000 (inclusive of VAT, subject to price increase without prior notice)

• BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303)
• SEC Certificate of Incorporation
• Completed PFIP Membership Form
• General Information Sheet (GIS)
• Company Social Profiles and Logos
• Brief Company Profile (2-3 sentences)
• Profile and photograph of your Executive Sponsor and D&I and HR Sponsors
• Pledge of Support (signed by the most senior role in the company e.g., Managing Director or CEO)
