PH Bahaghari Awards

As part of the commitment of PFIP to build an industry that is safe and inclusive to LGBTQ+ professionals, we have instituted industry standards policies to ensure organizations can fully support our community through active senior leadership sponsorship, SOGIE education and awareness, and leadership development of our LGBTQ+ membership.

In furthering and expanding our shared cause, PFIP launches the first Philippine BAHAGHARI Awards that will be the platform not just to recognize the exemplary contribution of firms, organizations, and leaders but also to serve as inspiration to the wider industry and society to advance our advocacy of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

These are awarded yearly during PFIP’s Annual Anniversary Gala. Here, we recognize the companies and individuals in the following categories: PRIDE Company of the Year Award, PRIDE Network Award, PRIDE LGBTQ+ Leader Award, and PRIDE Advocacy Award.
