The Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride (PFIP) is a collaborative, voluntary, and non-profit community of practice composed of dedicated representatives from LGBTQ+ employee resource groups and human resource or diversity teams of private firms in the Philippines.

We started with five companies from the banking and financial industry in October 2013 and now have over 80 members from across multiple industries. Our member organizations are some of the largest multinationals in the country, all of whom are proud equal opportunity employers and recognized employers of choice.


Our Goals


Limitless Career Options for Filipino LGBTQ+ Professionals

  • A truly free, wholly just and fully equal society where LGBTQ+ professionals are able to bring their most authentic selves to their chosen workplace
  • SOGIESC education is institutionalized as part of standard corporate training and onboarding
  • Workplaces transformed into creativity and innovation hubs that celebrate individuality and embrace diverse ways of thinking
  • LGBTQ+ visibility and representation at all levels of the organization, across multiple industries


Leading Voice and Champion of LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion

  • Serve as an advisory body for our Pride network, to drive and align diversity and inclusion targets and strategies, share best practices and provide avenues for cooperation and collaboration.
  • Provide professional development and career advancement opportunities for self-identifying LGBTQ+ leaders to build diverse and inclusive talent pipelines.
  • Promote inclusive practices and policies that foster a culture of belonging and enable safe, welcoming spaces for persons with diverse sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and sex characteristis
  • Connect business with advocacy to drive initiatives that positively impact the broader LGBTQ+ community and the Philippine society at large
