2026 Flagship Programs
PFIP’s flagship programs empower LGBTQ+ professionals and future leaders through mentorship, skills development, and networking opportunities. These initiatives foster leadership growth, provide expert-led learning sessions on diversity and inclusion, and create spaces for collaboration among industry leaders, advocates, and allies. By equipping individuals with the tools to thrive in their careers and drive workplace inclusion, PFIP continues to champion a more equitable and diverse professional landscape.
Lead Forward
Lead Forward is a six-month structured leadership journey designed to develop inclusive, values-driven, and advocacy-oriented leaders from both the LGBTQ+ community and ally network across member organizations. Anchored in a coalition-based approach, the program fosters identity-aware leadership, inclusive team management, and strategic advocacy—equipping participants to champion meaningful change within their workplaces. Running from April to October 2026 through hybrid sessions, it represents a significant investment in building the next generation of inclusive leaders.
Karir Expo
Karir Expo 2026 is PFIP’s first-ever Career Fair & Expo—designed to empower LGBTQ+ professionals and connect them with inclusive employers. Positioned as a landmark initiative, it opens doors to meaningful opportunities, fosters authentic connections, and champions workplaces where individuals can thrive as their true selves. Set on May 25, 2026, at Space One Ayala, Karir marks a bold step forward in advancing inclusive hiring practices.
Pride Summit & Bahaghari Awards
Where bold conversations meet meaningful recognition, the PFIP Pride Summit and Bahaghari Awards stand as twin pillars of progress – bringing together leaders, advocates, and changemakers to advance LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace and beyond.
The Pride Summit ignites dialogue, shares insights, and drives action toward more equitable and inclusive organizations, while the Bahaghari Awards honor the individuals and institutions whose leadership and commitment continue to break barriers and inspire change.
Together, they create a powerful platform that not only celebrates impact, but also shapes the future – championing workplaces and communities where everyone is empowered to thrive as their true selves.
