For many LGBTQ+ students, the path to graduation is more than just meeting academic requirements – it is a journey filled with courage, resilience, and the determination to thrive despite the challenges life can throw their way. The Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride (PFIP) recognizes this journey, and through its Rainbow Youth Academy (RYA), it has created a space where dreams are nurtured, identities are celebrated, and potential unleashed. The Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride (PFIP) is a collaborative, voluntary, and non-profit community of practice composed of dedicated representatives from LGBTQ+ employee resource groups and/or human resource/diversity teams of private firms in the Philippines.
