The Rainbow Youth Academy isn’t just a leadership or mentorship program—it’s a movement.
Recognizing the systemic challenges that many young LGBTQIA+ Filipinos face in education and employment, PFIP envisioned the Academy as a platform to bridge gaps, open doors, and empower LGBTQIA+ youth to reach their full potential.
Since its inception, RYA’s mission has been clear: help LGBTQIA+ youth develop their skills, nurture their talents, and unlock career opportunities in inclusive workplaces.

Tuition Fee Assistance
Financial constraints remain one of the biggest barriers to education. Through the support of PFIP’s network of member companies and organizations, the Academy provides scholarships and tuition aid to LGBTQIA+ youth—ensuring they can continue their academic pursuits without the heavy weight of financial hardship.
Coaching with PFIP Leaders
Behind every great leader is a great mentor. RYA scholars are matched with mentors from PFIP member companies—seasoned industry professionals who offer career guidance, personal support, and invaluable insight into the corporate world. These relationships form the backbone of a leadership journey rooted in authenticity and inclusion.
Upskilling Programs
To thrive in competitive professional environments, knowledge and skills are key. RYA hosts workshops and specialized trainings facilitated by experts across various fields.
