Launched in 2017, the PFIP Annual Pride Summit is a full-day event that facilitates the exchange of ideas to enhance workplace policies and practices that would ultimately promote a more inclusive culture in the workplace. It features keynote speakers and breakout sessions on various topics, such as D&I strategies, benefits, policies, and LGBTQ+ education.
