The Philippine Financial and Inter-Agency Pride (PFIP) has released its 2024 Impact Report, showcasing a year of remarkable achievements in its mission to promote LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace and society. With a steadfast commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, PFIP has set the bar higher, engaging more organizations, government agencies, and communities nationwide.
Membership Milestone
PFIP now boasts a robust network of 101 member companies, a majority of which are multinational corporations and leading local businesses. This growing coalition underscores the increasing commitment of the corporate sector to foster inclusive workplaces that empower LGBTQ+ individuals.
Strategic Collaborations
This year, PFIP strengthened its influence through strategic collaborations with key government agencies, including the Presidential Communications Office and the Department of Tourism. Partnerships with local government units, foundations, and international allies like the Kingdom of the Netherlands further amplified its initiatives, solidifying its role as a catalyst for LGBTQ+ inclusion in the Philippines.
2024 saw PFIP launch groundbreaking initiatives aimed at advancing workplace inclusion. The LGBTQ+ Inclusion in the Workplace Guide provided organizations with actionable strategies to create safe and welcoming environments, while the Gender Spectrum Forum and Leadership Forum served as platforms for thought leadership and dialogue on diversity and inclusion.

- Future Fabulous – The 6th PFIP Leadership Forum: A platform for leaders to champion workplace inclusion.
- Limitless Pride Summit: A gathering to celebrate milestones in LGBTQ+ rights and inclusion.
- Bahaghari Awards: Recognizing outstanding organizations and individuals advocating for LGBTQ+ equality.
Additionally, PFIP’s successful events in Visayas and Mindanao marked a significant step forward in fostering inclusion in regional communities.
Empowering the Next Generation
The Rainbow Youth Academy, PFIP’s initiative to nurture future LGBTQ+ leaders, celebrated a fruitful year, producing 31 alumni and supporting 25 scholars from 10 regions across the country. This program underscores PFIP’s dedication to empowering the next generation to lead the charge for equality and inclusion.
