PFIP Honored with the “Ripple of Inclusivity for Gender Diversity Award” at the Ripple Awards

The Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride (PFIP) has once again been recognized for its unwavering commitment to building equitable, safe, and empowering workplaces, earning the prestigious Ripple of Inclusivity for Gender Diversity Award at LoveYourself’s Ripple Awards.

The honor highlights PFIP’s decade-long dedication to advancing LGBTQ+ inclusion across industries and strengthening the next generation of leaders who will shape a more diverse and inclusive future.

For PFIP, the award is a testament to years of deliberate, people-centered programming that continues to influence corporate culture and community empowerment nationwide. Through large-scale initiatives such as the annual Pride Summit, the flagship LeaderLab program, and its roster of workplace inclusion trainings that span SOGIESC education, policy development, leadership coaching, and allyship building, PFIP has helped hundreds of companies strengthen their diversity frameworks and embed inclusion into organizational DNA.

PFIP Chair Angelo Camaya expressed how meaningful the award is to the organization. “This recognition reflects the collective commitment of our member organizations, volunteers, and partners who believe that inclusion is not just a program but a practice,” he said.

Beyond the workplace, PFIP has expanded its advocacy to support the next generation through the Rainbow Youth Academy, a pioneering initiative that equips aspiring young leaders with skills in leadership, storytelling, community engagement, and advocacy.
